You will be able to work on your own individual projects, or choose from a range of set projects, and the tutor will be on hand to guide and develop your learning and understanding of silver jewellery making in a relaxed atmosphere.

Katherine Richmond has over 17 years' experience as a practicing jewellery designer maker and has an MA (Distinction) in Jewellery, Silversmithing and related products from the School of Jewellery in Birmingham. Her current work explores the fragile relationships between memory and objects and aims to question traditional notions of longevity. Exhibitions include 'Collect' at The Saatchi Gallery, 'Shakespeare' at The Museum of London and 'LOOT' at The Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Alongside making and exhibiting, Katherine has over 10 years teaching experience as an adult learning tutor and is currently a main tutor at The British Academy of Jewellery in London.
