Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation or Transfer by the Learner

If you have put your name down for a course and need to withdraw; a full refund or credit note will only be offered; if you inform the administration office in writing or by email 10 working days before the start date. If you withdraw after the 10 day cancellation period you will not be eligible for a refund or credit note.

If you have opted to sign up to a course for the full school year, you are committing to paying for that course in full. You are able to withdraw, if necessary, up to 10 working days before the start of the course in September. If you withdraw after this date, you will not be eligible for a refund and full course costs will be owed.

Please be advised that we are a non-profit organisation and cannot, therefore, deviate from this policy.

Cancellation by the Centre

We may, regretfully, have to cancel a course if we do not receive enough enrolments. This decision will be taken, in conjunction with the tutor and in consideration of the ability to cover operational costs. Changes may be made to the length of session time in order for the course to proceed and avoid disappointment, in these circumstances you will be informed as soon as possible and a refund will be made by crediting your credit/debit card or by cheques. It is not possible to refund in cash.

In the event of session cancellations due to extreme weather, tutor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, replacement or extended sessions, where possible and in conjunction with the tutor, will be offered. In the unusual event that this is not possible, we will recompense learners by issuing a pro-rata credit or learning voucher against a future course.
